Shipping and Return Policy
Payment:We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- Cashier’s Checks
- Personal & Company Checks (Checks must be cleared before merchandises are shipped)
We ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS and several trucking companies.
Shipping fees are determined by: packaging materials, size of merchandise, weight and shipping destination.
Local deliveries are available and fees will be calculated upon request.
Turnaround time – Normally ship within 3-5 days
All shipping orders will include a tracking number.
Insurance is optional and will be an additional cost to the shipping fees to be applied after order is placed if placed online.
Overnight and 2nd Day shipping is available and will be an additional cost to the shipping fees.
We currently do not ship internationally.
We ship from our Miami store shown on our contact us page.
Return Policy:
All items are refundable within 48 hours of purchase or if merchandise purchased online then 48 hours after you have received your order.
All Returns must have original sales invoice/receipt present to be refunded. Returns without the Original Sales invoice/receipt will not be refunded.
Returns will be refunded in the same form of payment method used for purchase (ie: Cash = Cash, Credit = Credit)
Shipping Fees are non-refundable and the shipping fees for returns will be responsible by the customer.
Returns on items that received free shipping will be refunded at the total order amount less the shipping cost for that item.
Please inspect the package for any tampering or damages before signing off for the package.
If shipment is received damaged, please contact us for a full refund of damaged goods within the 48 hours after signing off for the package.
